Ludacris is being sued by Marvo, who claims he came up with the original concept of "Sex Room," a 2010 track of Luda's featuring Trey Songz..
According to AOL, Marvo had been working with a producer, Kajun, who then turned over the song to Ludacris.
Marvo also claims that he has never received any payment for the song, despite that fact that Luda allegedly used many of Marvo's lyrics.
The value of the suit has not been revealed.
Luda has since been working on Ludaversal, which he plans to release in soonest.
