Joachim Chinakwe, the 40-year-old trader who was arrested for naming his dog "Buhari" has been arraigned in court.
Mr. Joachim, who was first arrested on August 13, 2016, was arraigned before a Sango Magistrate Court, Ogun State on Monday August 22, 2016.
The charge sheet accused him of conducting himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by naming his Dog "Buhari" and parading same at Hausa section of Ketere market in Sango area.
