All is now set for the inauguration of the Delta State University (DELSU) Alumni Association, Port Harcourt Chapter. According to a statement signed by Ufuoma Egbamuno,Secretary of the association, the inauguration is scheduled to take place on Saturday the 20th of May at the Emerald Hotel, 193 Aba Road, Rumuola Junction, Port Harcourt from 12pm.
The statement also enjoined all graduates of Delta State University to join the Alumni Association in order to add their own quota to the development of the association and ultimately our alma mater
Koyoyo Robinson U. Chairman inauguration and planning committee of the DELSU Alumni Association Port Harcourt chapter thanked members who have contributed in the growth of the young association.
According to him, "The Acting Executive as well as Planning Committee wishes to appreciate every financial donation towards our forth-coming inauguration slated for May 20th. We are pleased to inform you that we have reached 93% preparation and the stage is set for us to make history."
National President of the DELSU Alumni Association, Billy Onotue as well as other members of the national executive are expected to be in Port Harcourt to perform the inauguration.
