Speaking to news men in his country home ojoto, Mr uchechukwu Okonkwo Who bagged double honour in political science and professional writing at University of Toronto USA, made his intentions known to people of Idemili Who gathered in his country home ojoto.
In his words, he said that he is fully out to take up the challenge for a proper representation of his people.
He noted that he have gone through records of the past reprentatives and there is nothing to show for it, that the people whom they represent have not felt the impact not to talk of having a touch of it.
He promise to enhance his wealth of experience for the people to feel what it means to have a good reprentative in the red chambers. Moreover, as there have been breakthrough for the youth to participate fully in governance, he promise to elevate more youths and bring them fully into the system.
However the former senator chief clement Annie Okonkwo (Agunaechember) promise to support his intentions and every other youth contesting for other post not withstanding the persons political party as he said and I quote" we have tried our best, now we are ageing, we need to encourage the younger generations to take up the mantle, because the saying that they are leaders of tomorrow should start now" Mr uchechukwu Annie Okonkwo told news men that he will be contesting under social Democratic Party SDP that with time ndi Idemili will see more of him.
