Organisers of 2022 Nigeria Philanthropy Award Unabashed Media Ltd has announced a shift in the date of the event earlier scheduled to take place on May 28, 2022.
In a release on Tuesday by the Principal Partner, Amb. Emmanuel Oko, the organisation says the shift in date is due to ongoing political activities across the country.
It therefore expressed regret over the inconveniences this may cause, the organisation says the new date is now 25th June, 2022 while venue is Sheraton Hotels Abuja.
"The Postponement is to the fact that political party primaries for the 2023 general elections are spread through our long selected date and a considerable numbers of awardees are concerned about it which has necessitated this postponement.
"However, we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and subsequently rescheduled the event as follows;
Date: 25th June, 2022
Time: 6pm
Venue: Sheraton Hotels and Towers, Abuja
All Awardees are hereby notified of this new development.
