JUST IN: Another Nigerian Chef Set for 140 Hours Cooking Marathon

A Nigerian Male Chef, Prince Tope Adebayo popularly known as Tope Maggie has indicated interest in breaking the world record in cookathon

Hild Baci who cooked for 80 hours few weeks ago is yet to be certified by the Guinness world Record while another Chef Damilola Adeparusi is currently on her 120 hours attempt on cookathon 

Though it cannot be ascertain if Chef Damilola was passed through normal procedure before she embarked on the attempt but she has been receiving cheers and knocks from people for the steps.

Speaking with National Insight, Chef Tope Maggie said he has filed an application and awaits approval letter from the GWR's office

"I started the process few weeks ago and i have been given November date but before then some things need to be in place and that is what i am working on now and i hope everything will be ready before the date.

Cookathon for me is not a child's play, its just an avenue to display your ability to dish varieties both local and continental as well as your strength to work for longer hours and i am confident that i can do it

The Ogbomoso born who chef has been in the business for 20 years displayed her application processes and step taken so far on his facebook account for verification
