The much anticipated construction of executive roads connecting the NUMATVILLE megacity in the boundary of Abuja and Nassarawa state have been awarded and commenced recently. Nigerian Unity Museum And Trade-Tourism Cultural Investment Village -PandA, is a private - public partnership venture between Zion Services Nigeria Limited and Federal Ministry Of Lands, Housing and Urban Development designed for Nigerian entertainment celebrities and corporate investors.
It would recalled that several top celebrities, beauty queens, showbiz entrepreneurs, sports personalities and government agencies were allocated plots of land from last year with the essence of creating permanent structure to project the concept of National Unity in Nigeria. The good news is that, roads leading to the Megacity has started while land owners have also started laying foundations and erecting structures to confirm their ownership.
The Agency in charge of the project development are calling on all those who have been allocated plots of land to commence work especially those given allocation letters and certificate which will enable them get access to the C of O. The project is driven by Dr. Akin Olowookere, ex Board Chairman Housing and Property Development Corporation Ondo State.
