JUST- IN: Tansian Varsity VC In EFCC Net Over Unpaid Bank Loan, Ezeonwuka Alleges

Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, the property owner of Ranet industries and proprietor of Rojeny Games Village Oba Idemili-south local government area of Anambra state, has said that despite relinquishing his property upon whichTansian University took off, he remains the owner of the university because he has the highest equity contribution in the university.

Ezeonwuka who spoke with journalists in Aguluzigbo in Anaocha local government area on Tuesday, also accused the vice chancellor of the university of criminal tendencies as well as his inability to abide by the terms of settlement reached between Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka and Tansian university.

He claimed that the vice chancellor of Tansian university was currently facing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an unpaid Fidelity bank loan and that the land upon which the Umunya cumpus of the university was sited had also not been paid for accusing the proprietor of Tansian university of having a culture of accumulating debts.

Rojeny boss emphasized, "I am the owner of Tansian university. I got it. My equity there is 81% while JohnBosco Akam is only 13%. While the church said let me leave the university for him but let me take back my property because my property was invested to obtain the certificate of the university"

He further revealed that "there was a time I locked JohnBosco Akam in EFCC because he is a criminal" pointing out that he was the hundred percent owner of Ranet industries where the Oba take-off campus was established.
Ezeonwuka told newsmen that he obtained consent judgement from court to relinquish ownership of the university to the vice chancellor but his property Ranet industries belonged to him.
He said the consent judgement however gave birth to an agreement where the university allegedly agreed to pay 10 million naira honorarium to him subject to increase after every 5 years but according to him, Tansian university management defaulted from the agreement, emphasising that he can decide to sack JohnBosco Akam entirely from his property.

The proprietor of Rojeny Games Village Oba noted that the university was currently facing what he described as diminishing returns because the vice chancellor and proprietor of the university could not manage it properly due to what he called financial recklessness which he said has culminated into accumulated debts.
Ezeonwuka however maintained that he would deploy every means within his disposal to recover his money from the management of Tansian university.
