2019 EASTERN HERITAGE AWARD PRESS RELEASE
Heritage-plus, in a press conference held at Rockview Hotel Owerri Imo State on the 1st of February 2019, announced a date for the 2019 Edition of the Eastern Heritage Awards. This announcement was made by one of the Co-Founder Robinson Koyoyo on behalf of the board and Management of Heritage-Plus.
The governing board and management of Heritage plus, the official organizers of some of the most prestigious and credible award events in Nigeria, have graciously introduced the Eastern Heritage Award (EASTHA) as an exclusive award that seeks to reward excellence among the most committed individuals and dedicated businesses in the Eastern region. The award is designed as an annual event to put on display the basic uniqueness, beauty and success story of every single state in the East and bring to the fore their rich cultural heritage, hospitality and vast commercial opportunities inherent in the respective States.
The 2019 edition of the Eastern Heritage Award (EASTHA) is scheduled to hold on the 13th April, 2019, at Rockview Hotel, Owerri, Imo State.
EASTHA is a private sector initiative of Heritage-Plus borne out of the need to create a standard and sustainable template for modeling excellence in Nigeria and also to promote peace and collaboration in business.
According to Mr. Robinson this award platform is designed to be one of the most coveted awards project dedicated to celebrating Ndi Igbo in Nigeria and in diaspora. He iterated that EASTERN HERITAGE AWARD; is an innovative platform that is set to recognize and showcase distinguished accomplishments, noteworthy service, outstanding individuals and innovations in the five eastern states namely Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo State.

The Branding and Communications executive, Ms. Nita John, commended the support and response so far and encouraged the people to continue to participate in the transparent process of an online voting that will commence on the 16th of March 2019 to the 23rd of March 2019. She further stressed that the Eastern Heritage Awards will continue annually to celebrate and reward virtues of excellence and also promote business collaborations amongst the people. She also said; the Eastern Heritage Award (EASTHA) is not just another award but a call to service, to commitment, to development and continuous job creation, capacity building, integrity, accountability and productivity.
