Jumia Travels award Winning hotel of the Year 2019, Wells Carlton Hotel and Luxury Apartments, Abuja has congratulated the outstanding devotion of its' members of staff and some departments, for their impacts to the successful operation of the 5star luxury Apartments.
The no.1 destination for every tourist and visitors craving for exclusive comfort and the best of hospitality service delivery - Wells Carlton Hotel and Luxury Apartments presented the certificate of honour as "Best Employee of the Month", to Benedict, from Maintenance Department; Ms. Joan from the Front Desk office department and Mr. Roy from Beverage and Food Department in appreciation for their hard work and commitments.
The hotel Administration also recognised the efforts of Reservations, Sales and Marketing Department, for securing the award as "Departments of the Month". The award certificates were presented to the departmental heads, Mr John Ikediala and Mr. Jerry Opiughie Aloye respectively by MD of Wells Carlton Hotel, Mr Juergen Odenwald. Other members of the Sales and Marketing department are Esther Ezenwoye, Vera Undelikwo and Tracy Ogiefa
The members of staff who received the certificate of honour have appreciated the Management of the hotel for the reward and loud recognition of their efforts. They expressed their encouraged might in doing more with this motivation they received. According to Clare Okonma, the Reservations Personnel who spoke to AbujaPress, she said the action of the Management is commendable and motivational. She further applauded Wells Carlton Hotel for the honours and rewards and assured of their readiness to double their effort to ensure more returns on investment and customer friendly receptions.
