Enugu State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, was today at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, for its13th Convocation Ceremony, where three notable Nigerians, namely, Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, GCON, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, HRM, Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe, CFR, the Obi of Onitsha and Sir Emeka Offor, a successful business mogul, were conferred with Honoris Causa degrees of Doctor of Politics and Strategy, Doctor of Science, and Doctor of Entrepreneurship, respectively.
