Students of the University of Abuja are expected to dress on black to pay last respect to deceased Balogun Emmanuel on Monday.
According to Rhymzy B, director of social and culture, the students union government will hold a procession around school to mourn the loss of the promising student who drowned in a swimming while his friends watched in envy after a party.
Declaring the blackout, the SUG director ordered that all students should dress on black on Monday to show last respect to him.
