PHOTOS VIDEO: FIRS Wins Trophy As They Beat Abuja Entertainers 3-0 At Entertainers Charity Football Match In Abuja

The Entertainers Charity Football Match against the Federal Inland Revenue Service Team ended with a 3:0 win. The FIRS team beat the Abuja Entertainer team at the well attended charity Football Match to raise funds and garner assistance for less privileged persons.

The Entertainers Charity football match with FIRS was held yesterday at Soho Sports Centre, along Wuse2 Gwarinpa road. According to our reporter, the both teams played well, but it was unfortunate that the Entertainers Team conceived 3 goals from the FIRS team.

The Charity football match was hosted by Stainless Precious, popular Nigeria standup comedian, event host and luminary in the humour industry. The initiative was proudly sponsored and supported by the Federal Inland Revenue Service. Though the previous edition was sponsored by Big Church Foundation in Collaboration with presence of A'List celebrities from across Nigeria.

It was indeed an incredible and impressive soccer match, as the both teams played professionally to amaze viewers who cheered every intrinsic move made by  the players. To represent the Chairman of FIRS Babatunde Fowler was the president of FIRS sports club, Mr Daniel Ogbaki alongside Henry Okonkwo KC, the PRO who was also a visible player on the pitch. The goals scored at the highly entertaining soccer fiesta were Solomon Ishak, John Onu and Salisu Abdulrahim. The initiative is such that is global, as it has been held in Lagos, Ghana and some other communities across Africa.

Speaking to Alexreports and Rayzeds Media, King Fajag and Amb. Kingsley Amafibe from Abuja Entertainers expressed warm commendations to FIRS and their victory at the contest. They thanked the Chairman, Dr. Babatunde Fowler for been a part of this impact making edition.

However the host of the Entertainers Charity Football Match, Stainless Prescious has appreciated the FIRS, the Entertainer team, Abuja residents, invited guests, participants, volunteers and partners for their support and contribution towards making the empowerment initiative a huge success.
