The Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has over the weekend applauded and presented the Certificate of Commendation to one Mr. Osiebe who sincerely returned the sum of 98million that was mistakenly transfered to his account by an organization in Abuja.
Governor Okowa presented the Certificate Of commendation to Osiebe at Ovada Oghara, during a thanksgiving and hosting occasion by Hon. Ben Igbakpa, the Honourable Member representing Ethiope West Local Government Area in Delta state.
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, while presenting the Certificate of Commendation to Mr. Osiebe, noted that it was an explicit indication of the sincere heart, as he brags that it was a proof that the people of Delta state are indeed blessed with responsible and patriotic citizens of Nigeria.
In a reaction from Hon. Ben, he stated that his decision to honour Mr. Osiebe and recommend him to the executive Governor of Delta state was because of his legendary action, iconic disposition and exemplary patriotism in returning the 98million which he received from an international organization in Nigeria. Hon. Ben Igbakpa also stressed that the single action by Hallowmace Publisher Anderson Osiebe has proved that Delta id blessed with Godfearing children.
Few weeks ago reportedly, Mr. Osiebe received a credit alert of the sum of 98million naira from a firm who had worked with earlier. On receiving the alert, he immediately made positive moves and enquiry into where and how the money got into his account. He later realised that it was from one of his clientele agencies he worked with. He returned the money to the company which was eventually impressed at the sincerity of the gentle, vibrant man
