Coronavirus!!! Atiku's Son, Play Network React Over Making Appearance At Play Club On Friday Night

Former Vice President Atiku Abubukar took to his Twitter page to reveal that his son, Adamu, tested positive to coronavirus. He added that his son had been taken to Gwagwalada Hospital, Abuja.

However, that Adamu was taken to the hospital is not the end of the matter.

The new twist to it in Abuja is that Atiku's son allegedly went clubbing with high profile friends at Play Club Hilton on Friday night where he interacted with many people mostly Abuja residents, this is according to multiple sources online and offline.

However, two new cases of coronavirus were confirmed by NCDC in Abuja on Monday morning.

Atiku's son through Atiku Abubakar Media Aide, Paul Ibe dispelled the rumours of him making appearance at the Play Lounge as he insisted the son limited his movements to two ( 2) private locations in Abuja on his arrival to the country on 17th March via Switzerland for some business engagements in UAE and Europe. He took an Aero 5:20pm Flight from Lagos to Abuja and traveled by Emirates Airline wearing face mask as a precautionary measures since he arrived Nigeria. The "Case" did not also attend the Friday Jumu'a or any social gathering. The media aide further urged the general public to disregard misleading information that the "case" accessed public places.

Though, the management of Play Club, which is Play Network has also vehemently debunked the claims and rumours as they insisted nobody that tested positive of Coronavirus clubbed on Friday in the lounge as they ensured adequate preventive measures for their clients, customers and patrons. The management earlier today announced the closure of their selected Play Network business outlets across Nigeria including suspension of scheduled events to adhere to the social distancing order to safe lives.
