The federal govt today arraigned Dr Obinna Uzoh, his lawyer Eziafa Samuel Enwedo, Anani Anacletus, Aroh Ifunanya and others before Justice Okon Abang of the federal high court Abuja.
Police prosecutor brought in only Barr Eziafa Samuel Enwedo as Dr Obinna Uzoh and others have been on the run.
They were arraigned on six count charge of criminal conspiracy, forgery, perjury and fraud committed in the case in which they falsified all legal documents to obtain a fraudulent judgement against Senator Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah at the Kubwa area court.
Upon hearing the matter, Justice Okon Abang ordered that Barr Eziafa Samuel Enwedo be remanded in Kuje prison.
The court therefore adjourned to March 25th 2020 for commencement of trial.
