Anambra, south east Nigeria is back on the list of states with active cases of COVID-19 as 184 new cases confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
This is coming weeks after the suspected index case in Anambra State tested negative to the virus.
Similarly, Enugu state recorded new case bringing the total active case in the state to 10 after the discharge of the two index cases.
The NCDC tweeted that the new 184 cases were reported as follows;

The total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria now stands at 4971, 1070has been discharged and 164 deaths recorded.
