ANAMBRA 2021: Don Okonkwo Assures Of APC Takeover As Ngige, Andy Uba, Tony Nwoye Storm Stakeholders Meeting
Former APC Anambra Governorship Aspirant, Prince Don Okonkwo has assured the people of Anambra state of the party's capacity to pilot the affairs of Anambra state in the forthcoming 2021 governorship elections. He made the statement during the recently held stakeholders meeting, which witnessed the distinguished presence of key stakeholders of the party.
According to AnambraUpdate, the attendees include Senator Andy Uba, amongst others Sen. Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, Anambra State APC Caretaker chairman, Chief Basil Ejidike, the immediate past National Auditor of APC, Chief Paul Chukwuma, former governorship flag bearer of the party, Hon Tony Nwoye, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo, Chief Azuka Okwuosa, Chief Hon Nze Chidi Duru
Prince Don Okonkwo told our correspondent that the meeting with stakeholders of the party may defined a new vision for the party ahead of the forthcoming Governorship election. He however expressed confidence of the party's readiness to takeover government from the ruling All Progressive Grand Alliance-APGA.
Speaking during the meeting, Senator Andy Uba reiterated his commitment to the party and urged all aspirants to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and join forces with whoever should emerge as the party's flagbearer in this 2021 Anambra State gubernatorial election in other to wrestle the state off the grasp of the ruling party APGA.
