NSCDC CG Releases New Year Message, Urges Nigerians To Be Prayerful, Optimistic, Stay Out Of Crime
As Nigeria joins the rest of the world in celebrating another brand new year, the Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, CG Abdullahi Gana has urged Nigerians to stay out of crime and remain prayerful, trusting God with great optimism for more and greater positive impact on the safety of lives and properties in Nigeria.
CG Abdullahi Muhammadu Gana made the statement in his new year message, issued in the early hours of today. The NSCDC CG further stated that 2021 offers the citizenry a new opportunity to be united and live in peace. He says, "With profound gratitude to God Almighty, I welcome you all to a brand new year, 2021. I join you all in giving thanks to God for His guidance and protection all through 2020".
He further appreciated immensely the unalloyed support and cooperation that our administration has enjoyed from Nigerians, which he says is the source of courage and strength for the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp-NSCDC. He however stated that his agency in this new year will offer citizenry a new opportunity to be united and live in peace.
He noted that by the grace of God, the year 2021 will be promising, with God's blessings upon Nigeria. He prayed that Almighty will meet every Nigerian at the point of his or her needs. CG Abdullahi Gana therefore concluded by assuring Nigerians of NDCDC capacity in delivering adequate security across all communities in the country.
