News September 30, 2022 Dr. Azonobi Appointed NYC Patron At Event Attended By Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, Others

Founder of one of the leading real estate companies Africa, Domak Group, Dr. Dr Kingsley Mike Azonobi has been appointed patron of the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC).

His appointment officially took place at the just concluded National Transportation, Environment and Public Safety Summit which had prominent Nigerians in attendance, including the General Overseer, Omega Power Ministry, OPM Port Harcourt, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere. 

The summit which had as the theme, "Unban Transport Endemic: The social Engineering Polemic for Maintenance Safety and Security in Nigeria" took place at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja. 

Dr. Azonobi has been recently engaged with some international business deals, yet still spares time to contribute to germane issues of Nigerian development. 

Not long ago, in its quest to expand its investment drive across the African continent, his company Domak Group recently recruited in its manpower two new vice presidents. 

They are, Her Excellency Hon. Anastancia Ndhlovu and Amb Hillary Emoh.

They were unveiled in Abuja at a brief ceremony held at headquarters of the company and presided over by its president, Dr. Kingsley Azonobi. 

He announced Ndhlovu, a former deputy minister of Tourism Republic of Zimbabwe the vice-president Southern Africa Domak Group while Amb Hillary Emoh who is the President leaders without Borders Development Center was unveiled as the vice president in charge Domak Group Global Investment and Promotion. 

The leadership of the company had recently visited Zimbabwe where they met with the country's President, Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa at the State House in Harare. 

President Mnangagwa at the meeting reiterated his commitment to lay a solid foundation that will ensure the delivery of no fewer than 1.2million housing units before 2050 for the Zimbabwean citizens.

Accolades Events September 30, 2022 Convener African Hair Summit Adanna Enwezor Bags Community Development Award

The convener/project coordinator African Hair Summit, Adanna Enwezor has been honoured with award of recognition for her contributions towards community development through the natural hair and beauty sector. 

She has also attracted accolades for empowering the girl child through her initiatives Photizo Life Foundation launched since 2016. 

She was recently honoured at the 2022 Miss Intelligence Nigeria pageant show which seeks to promote entrepreneurship among women in Nigeria. 

Her African Hair Summit which took place towards the end of last year seeks to celebrate African heritage, identity and businesses. 

According to Enwezor, a recent research indicates that the hair care market in Africa is poised to grow by over $900m between 2020 - 2024. 

She has consistently advocated that individuals take advantage of the multiple opportunities within the beauty sector in Africa. 

The summit also recognised those who have made outstanding contributions in hair care and beauty industry.

Prominent Nigerians have been listed to be honoured with awards of excellence for their roles in the country's peace building and advancement of unity in the upcoming Peace Achievers International Summit/Award

Popular Abuja-based musician, Chop Boii, has been confirmed murdered alongside three of his friends in the Gwarimpa area of Abuja.

The fingers of the musician and his friends were also chopped off after they were murdered yesterday, Tuesday, September 27, 2022,.

Some unknown gunmen were alleged to be behind the attack, as these gunmen went ahead to use their blood to write on the wall.

"The late Chop Boii was at the wrong place at the wrong time", a friend of the late musician was quoted on Twitter.

The late Chop Boii was said to be producing new music with his music producer, another friend of his, and his producer's girlfriend, at the residence of the producer at Gwarimpa, Abuja, when the gunmen struck.

"The unknown gunmen's targets were the producer and his girlfriend, but unfortunately for them, Chop Boi and his friend were also there, and they butchered them all, even writing on the wall with their blood after cutting their fingers off", a source disclosed.

Renowed actor, Williams Uchemba has concluded arrangements to be in Sheraton hotel Abuja, the nation’s capital Oct 1 for Nigeria Youth Decide Conference which is expected to have in attendance presidential candidates of various political for a leadership dialogue with youths of Nigeria.

Uchemba while further urging fellow young Nigerians to be part of the conference expected to be a giant step towards youth inclusion in governance especially as 2023 election approaches called on them to register and be part of history.

Expected to speak at the conference include, human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, former deputy governor of CBN Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, leadership coach, Linus Okorie and others. 

The co-conveners of Nigeria Youth Decide, Dr. Utchay Odims and Amb. Desmond Agboola who have toured round Nigeria galvanising support from prominent political, traditional, religious and youth leaders, leaders of thought and, elder statesmen have consistently maintained that despite significant successes Nigerian youths record in their various endeavours within and outside the country, leadership in Nigeria has remained in low ebb as a result of non-inclusion of young people.

Williams Uchemba in a viral video said Nigeria belongs to all citizens, calling on the youths to stand up and take a stand in the country's leadership.
