Accord's Prof. Imumolen Felicitates With Nigerians At Christmas, Seeks Excellent Leadership

The presidential candidate of Accord Party, Prof Chris Imumolen has called on Nigerians to develop the spirit of self-sacrifice and love, which he said is the very essence of Christmas celebration.

He also urged citizens to imbibe the culture of peace and unity at all times in the interest of the country, saying time has come for Nigeria to get it right in leadership across board.

In a goodwill message on Sunday, Prof. Imumolen called on Nigerians to love one another, shun ethnic and religious supremacy and collectively work towards enthroning a leadership that works for all.

He insists that the country is not in the right shape and requires a drastic action to get it working again for all.

He urged that the country should look beyond tribal or religious considerations in electing the next president of the country but focus on capacity of individuals to rescue the country from the grip of bad leaders.

While offering himself as one that has what it takes to lead the country, Prof. Imumolen said he is passionate about the country and has brought value even before joining politics.

"When I say I have imparted so much on education, people doubt it. I don't think in the history of this country, there has been any man who has imparted in education as much as Prof. Chris.

"You can go and research it, you go and check it. You may not know about it because I have not been making too much noise about it, I have been doing it as a result of passion and value.

"There is no state in Nigeria — in Kaduna, in Kano, in Zamfara, in Yobe that I don't have students up to a thousand in my scholarship board" he said.

While wishing all Nigerians a merry Christmas, he said this could be their last bleak Christmas if they make the best strategic decision in 2023.
