The member representing Chikun Consituency in the Kaduna House of Assembly, Garba Madami, is dead.
It was gathered that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmaker died at a hospital where he was receiving treatment, on Saturday morning.
The 10th Kaduna Assembly was inaugurated on June 13, 2023, but the late member was unable to participate due to his illness.
A source in the area confirmed the lawmaker’s death and described the situation as a sad one.
