Amb. Victor Okon To Speak At Weldios University Symposium

Plans have been concluded for the second edition of the annual symposium of the Weldios University Benin Republic.

Coming in Abuja on September 20 at Shehu Yar'Adua Centre, too among those expected to speak at the event is the Chairman/CEO Wrightlinks Group of Nigeria, Amb. Victor Ita Okon.

The event packaged by All-African Students Union (AASU) is organised to give critical stakeholders opportunity to brainstorm on the future of the education sector in Africa and how to reposition African universities to compete favourably with their counterparts in the western world.

As a company, Wrightlinks Group have conceded plans to open a Shipping line in Canada to fast track shipment from North America straight to the west Africa as this will aid fast deliveries of shipment to the west Africa region.

Amb. Okon is the President of 36 Pals Development Initiative, a popular social club based in Abuja. 

He has been critical of the development of education in the African region.
