Celebration Across Africa As One Percent Entertainment CEO, Amb. Nnadi Bags AWLO Award In US

African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) has honoured the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of One Percent Management Services Ltd, Amb. Stephanie Nnadi with the 2023 Pan-African American Leadership Awards (PAALA).


This prestigious award according to organisers is in alignment with resolutions of Pan African congresses for the benefit of black heritage.


The award which held 21st of October, 2023 in Atlanta, USA is aimed at preserving the ideals of Pan Africanism. 


According to AWLO Founder, Dr. Elisha Attai, the 2023 PAALA Awards Ceremony celebrates exceptional leaders of African descent and their contributions to the growth of African American communities in the United States of America and the African continent as a whole. 

Amb. Stephanie Nnadi was one of the 20 who made it to the final list from 350 nominees for the PAALA 2023. 


This year’s award had Senator Donzella James of the Georgia State Senate as the chairperson, with several other distinguished speakers from across the globe.


According to Dr. Attai, “African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) is proud to invite members of the global community to Atlanta, USA to participate in this great event.


“With more than a decade-long history of impact behind, the African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) remains a powerful force to reckon with where the advancement of the African woman’s leadership development is concerned.

Amb. Nnadi's One Percent Management Services is a platform that discovers, develops and promotes the latent talent in Nigeria and has in the past signed multi-talented artistes, on-air personalities, influencers and more.


One Percent Management Services Ltd had recently held a One Day symposium to commemorate United Nations International Day of Peace with the theme ” The Role of Women As Mediators In Peace Building and In Reconciliation” .


At the event, it called for the inclusion of women’s voices in the negotiation table, peace building, foreign relation and interventions for sustainable peace in African countries.
