Concerned neighbours have rescued a 15 year old boy who was chained on the leg and confined into a
dingy room by his aunt who he lives with.
In a viral video, the aunt claimed the boy went out and failed to return home. She also alleged that he
steals her money. When asked who the boy is to her, she saud he is her older sister’s child.
The neighbours who were visibly angry said they would have pounced on her if not that she is elderly.
