Members of the Nigeria Union of Teachers , NUT, Ika South Local Government Area chapter in Delta State, led by her chairman, Comrade Isaac Arimokwu protest over the alleged killing of Mr. Onyeisi Sunday Ufah, a Physics teacher in Alihame Mixed Secondary School, Agbor by an aggrieved parent. 

Spokesperson of the state Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe, who confirmed the incident in a statement on Thursday, said the suspect’s son and some other students allegedly stole kegs of palm wine from a store. 

The incident was reported to the school authorities, who identified and punished the students. 

However, upon finding out about the punishment, the suspect came to the school with a cane and started flogging the teachers. 

Ufah was said to have slumped and died during the attack.
