A northerner, Hidima, has alleged that several multinationals and embassies are contemplating moving from Abuja to Lagos due to escalating incidents of kidnappings and growing insecurity in the Federal Capital Territory.
Hidima, a Doctor of Philosophy, shared this information on his verified X account, as sighted by Abujapress.

This comes amid a noticeable trend, with the Central Bank of Nigeria announcing its intention to transfer some of its departments from Abuja to Lagos State.
The decision, as stated by a CBN official speaking anonymously to PUNCH, aims to decongest the apex bank’s head office.
Despite resistance from some staff members who claim tribal motivations, the source insists that the move is primarily for safety reasons and to enhance productivity.

Wether grand plot or not any serious minded and security conscious person would relocate to a safer place. Even Tinubu may likely relocate to Lagos and rule from there. We northerners are not security conscious we have to wage a war against the bandits since they are living in our midst. But since we have decided to be treating this banditry with kid gloves the inevitable had started happening now once these bandits abducts they don't waste time in killing their captives. We are leaving in the illusion that it was western countries sponsoring the banditry Wich was wrong. We are our own worst enemy.
