Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara announced plans to establish an investigative panel to scrutinize past administrations’ governance practices on Monday, May 13, 2024.


This declaration came during the swearing-in ceremony of Dagogo Iboroma as the state’s Attorney General, following his confirmation by the Victor Oko-Jumbo-led House of Assembly.


Governor Fubara underscored the urgency of the situation, highlighting the inability to resolve the ongoing political crisis.
