Nigerian cross-dresser, James Brown, visits Bobrisky at Kirikiri prison

James Brown, a well-known Nigerian crossdresser, has visited fellow crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos.

Bobrisky is currently serving a six-month sentence for the abuse of naira notes.

Accompanied by several others, James Brown shared news of his visit on Instagram, expressing his concern for Bobrisky’s well-being.

“I went to Kirikiri prison to visit Bobrisky to know if she is alright,” he wrote in his post on Friday.

Back in April, a statement from the Nigerian Correctional Service, signed by spokesperson Rotimi Oladokun, confirmed that Bobrisky was being held in a male custodial facility and was adhering to the institution’s rules, including those regarding dress code.

The statement also noted that Bobrisky was being treated the same as all other inmates at the center.
