Celebrity Carpenter Gets Traditional Turbaning, Disburses Millions To Widows, Physically Challenged

The Chief Executive Officer of Sagesse De Dieu Ltd, popularly known as Celebrity Carpenter Mr. Moses Amiebenomo has been turbaned with the traditional title of Garkuwan Matasa of Fillin-Dabo Dei-dei by in the FCT by the Emir of Jiwa Kingdom and the Resident Traditional Ruler /Chief of Fillin Dabo, Chief Pada Muhammad Sani.

The event took place on Tuesday the 8th of October which coincided with his birthday.  The traditional honour is in recognition of his numerous efforts to offer empowerment to young people to thrive in various trades, especially in furniture industry where he has carved an excellent niche for himself over the years. 

One of such is the recent induction of new trainees into his carpentry academy called Sagesse College of Traditional Carpentry. The induction held in Abuja amidst excitement by parents who expressed happiness to enroll their kids and wards into the academy. 

This Traditional Carpentry Programme has a duration of 5 years and is meant for teenagers between the ages of 16 - 19 years.

At the traditional turbaning, he also disbursed the sum of N100,000 individual business grants to vulnerable widows, cash gifts to aged widows.

Additionally, he also offered support to at least 40 physically challenged persons who trooped into the event venue of the palace of Chief of Fillin-Dabo Dei-dei in the FCT. 

According to AbujaPress, the recipients of his kind gesture were full of excitement and gratitude, as they prayed for God's blessings and protection upon him.

The highly prominent event which had the presence of the celebrant's father, Barrister Idris Amiebenomo, family members and other distinguished Individuals witnessed formal installation into a new position of power and traditional importance in the community and beyond. It was a celebration of a man who has dedicated his life to the betterment of society.
