President Tinubu presides over FEC meeting

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The meeting, which began at about 2:30 pm, had in attendance Vice President Kashim Shettima, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and other key members of the Federal Executive Council.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting, President Tinubu administered the oath of office to members of the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) led by their chairman, Dr. Savior Onyiekere. He also swore in two newly appointed Permanent Secretaries.
