Celebrations As Toslad Group Expands Operations to South-West with Lagos Housing Project

An Abuja-based real estate firm, Toslad Group, has formally expanded its operations to Nigeria’s South-West region with the unveiling of its Lagos office and the groundbreaking of its flagship Toslad Dream Estate project.

The dual event, held on Wednesday,  25th March, marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory, as it seeks to extend access to quality and affordable housing to residents of Ajah and its surrounding communities.

Located beside Coop-Villa Estate in Badore, Ajah, Lagos, the project site played host to a high-profile gathering of industry stakeholders, investors, entrepreneurs, and entertainers, underscoring the scale and ambition of the development.

Toslad Dream Estate, sprawling across 25 hectares, is conceived as a modern residential hub that blends affordability with contemporary infrastructure. 

The project is expected to cater to low- and middle-income earners, while maintaining standards typically associated with premium developments.

Speaking at the event, the Chairman of Toslad Group, Dr. Tosin Ladejobi, said the company’s expansion into Lagos reflects its commitment to bridging the housing gap across key urban centres in Nigeria.

“This expansion is not just about growing our footprint; it is about creating real opportunities for everyday Nigerians to own quality homes. With Toslad Dream Estate, we are intentionally combining affordability with modern infrastructure to ensure that both low- and middle-income earners are not left out of the property market.”

As part of efforts to incentivize early investors, Toslad Group announced exclusive offers for subscribers at the unveiling. Buyers who made full payments during the groundbreaking benefited from a 10 percent discount, while those who committed to at least 50 percent part payment received a 5 percent discount.

The event drew notable personalities from across sectors, including music producer Fiokee, content creators Fake Poco, Kolu, Comedian Washington, and the Brand's ambassador Nollywood actor Kelvin Ikeduba, among others.

The official unveiling which was conducted by Chief Dr. Spark Ovadje, CCON Nigeria's National Real Estate Ambassadors & Celebrity Coach, had prayers and words of admonition from real estate stakeholder,  Amb. (Dr.) Nweze Stephen Maxwell, CEO of Seman Global.
