UK-Nigeria Property Wealth Strategist Dr Daniel Moses To Launch New Book, “Fractional Real Estate,” At The 7th Diaspora Africa Conference 2026

Abuja, Nigeria: Dr Daniel Moses, author, property educator and Founder and CEO of Property Wealth Corporation, will officially launch his new book, Fractional Real Estate: Democratising Property Wealth for Nigerians, Africans and the African Diaspora, during the 7th Diaspora Africa Conference 2026.

The official launch will take place on 15 October 2026 at the Afreximbank Trade Centre in Abuja. It will form part of the wider conference programme taking place from 11 to 18 October 2026 across Lagos, Abuja and Accra.

Held under the theme, “HOMECOMING: Bridging the Divide from Diaspora to Africa’s Future,” the conference will bring together leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and change-makers to explore how diaspora engagement, strategic partnerships and investment can contribute to Africa’s future.

Anchored in his signature message, “People. Property. Possibilities,” Dr Moses presents fractional real estate as a practical and structured pathway towards making property ownership and long-term wealth creation more accessible to Nigerians, Africans and members of the African diaspora.

The book addresses some of the financial, educational and structural barriers that have prevented many people from participating in property ownership. It introduces a framework built on three core pillars: Education, Community and Structure.

Speaking ahead of the launch, Dr Daniel Moses said:

“Property wealth should not be reserved for a privileged few. Fractional Real Estate is about democratising access and enabling Nigerians, Africans and members of the diaspora to participate in property ownership with knowledge, confidence and the right structure.”

Through the book, Dr Moses seeks to inspire a new generation to think beyond individual limitations and explore how collaboration, education and properly structured ownership can create wider access to property wealth.

The 7th Diaspora Africa Conference, focused on “People, Partnerships and a Prosperous Africa,” will provide a timely platform for conversations about diaspora capital, cross-border opportunities and sustainable economic development across Africa.
